Disclaimer: All sessions are booked via Zoom, but I have the free version which requires us to move on to a video call or basic phone call after 45 minutes. In person sessions are now available for certain time slots. My sessions are not designed to treat or diagnose medical issues. This is not intended to be a one-stop fix. You must take responsibility for your own well being by seeking medical attention if needed, explore your own inner needs, wants and desires. I am not here to make decisions for you, yet I am here to give you the info you need to do so for yourself. This is intended to enhance and reinforce your own self-work. Please schedule our time together with enough space following for you to properly self-care and process. You will experience a purge emotionally, physically and spiritually as your system re-calibrates to match the work we do. Some purges can cause headaches, body aches or nausea. You may become angry, upset or confused. Please allow whatever is coming up to run its course, feel it without judgment of yourself as this process is making room in your body and energy to integrate the higher energies in your next level. Please drink more water, eat nutritious foods, rest, epsom salt bath, and any vitamins you feel are right for you.
